Genesis is an outpatient addiction treatment center that serves adult men and women with Low Intensity and Intensive Outpatient Treatment models.

Intensive Outpatient (ASAM Level II.1) is a minimum of 30 sessions and
LowIntensity Outpatient (ASAM Level I.0) is a 20 session program. These two levels of care are provided within the same group and with the same counselor allowing for a seamless transition from one level of care to another without interrupting the therapeutic relationship.

Clients will learn new coping skills, develop a personal recovery plan, identify personal relapse triggers, complete chemical dependency assignments, attend additional selfhelp support groups and obtain a sponsor/mentor. Clients may then be transitioned into the relapse prevention and/or Continuing Care group for additional services depending upon the individual needs of each client.

Drug Court has been provided by ShareHouse since 2006 when asked to be the treatment resource for the Cass County Region. All participants in Drug Court are offered the LowIntensity and Intensive Outpatient services as part of their one year commitment to this treatment program.

Relapse Prevention Program is intended for individuals who have completed a primary treatment program. This program educates and supports participants to develop and recognize relapse warning signs, develops individuals relapse prevention plans with assistance of highly qualified counselors and provides a safe and structured environment to deal with denial and sober living.

Continuing Care meets once a week and assists individuals in their ongoing recovery program by facilitating independence and involvement in support groups, sponsorship and community involvement.
